Recipe:


Ingredients:

  • 1 block of tofu

  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos

  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin



Preparation:

  1. Mix coconut aminos, avocado oil, nutritional yeast, onion powder, chili powder, cumin into a medium sized bowl.

  2. Crumble the tofu into the mixture using your hands.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Bake on 400 for about 20-30 minutes or until slightly cripsy. (stirring half way through)

  5. Enjoy!




Tips to Enhance Your Vegan taco meat

If making regular tacos, dice up a yellow onion and saute until fragrant.

Add in the taco "meat".

Season with the taco seasoning above.

Add 1 tsp of avocado oil and 1 tsp water.
